Press Brand Use Terms

1. Scope of License

AGH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Boco Tora brand assets solely for the purpose of editorial coverage of Boco Tora and Advanced Green Holdings, Inc. by your publication. This license covers print, broadcast, online, and social channels operated by your publication. It does not extend to advertising, sponsorship content, paid placements, affiliate marketing, AI-generated derivative content, or any use outside editorial coverage without separate written permission.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Editorial articles, broadcast segments, podcasts, and newsletters covering Boco Tora and AGH.

  • Social posts directly tied to an editorial piece your publication has published or is about to publish.

  • Internal editorial planning documents within your publication.

  • Reproduction of approved boilerplate copy (short, medium, or long) as supplied through the portal.

  • Reproduction of the Boco Tora logo at sizes at or above the minimums in Section 6.

  • Use of supplied imagery with the required credit line in Section 14.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Advertising, sponsorship, or paid editorial of any kind.

  • Endorsement implications. Do not suggest AGH, Boco Tora, or any executive endorses a product, service, person, or political position.

  • Sale, sublicense, or transfer of Boco Tora assets to any third party.

  • Use as training data, fine-tuning data, or reference content for any artificial intelligence model, image generator, or large language model.

  • Use in connection with cryptocurrency, NFTs, tokenized assets, gambling, or speculative offerings.

  • Use in content depicting unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or hateful subject matter.

  • Recoloring, distorting, cropping, or otherwise altering the Boco Tora logo or wordmark.

  • Compositing supplied imagery with unrelated imagery in a way implying false context.

  • Adding text, captions, or graphic overlays to supplied photographs or renderings unless the overlay is a clear editorial caption separate from the image.

  • Republishing supplied imagery to a stock photography site, photo library, or image database.

  • Reposting watermarked PDFs or downloadable files to a public URL.

4. Brand Name Style

  • Always write the brand as two words with both words capitalized: Boco Tora.

  • Do not abbreviate as BT, BTR, or any other shortened form in public copy.

  • Do not hyphenate (Boco-Tora) or compound (BocoTora).

  • On first reference, identify Boco Tora as a private eco-sanctuary in Belize developed by Advanced Green Holdings, Inc. On subsequent references, Boco Tora alone is fine.

  • When referring to AGH on first reference, write Advanced Green Holdings, Inc. in full. AGH is acceptable thereafter.

5. Approved Boilerplate Copy

The portal supplies three versions of approved boilerplate: short (roughly 50 words), medium (roughly 150 words), and long (roughly 350 words). Use the version best suited to your piece. Do not paraphrase or shorten without preserving accuracy. Do not add claims, statistics, or descriptors not present in the supplied copy.

6. Logo Use

Approved Forms

  • Color logo on a dark background.

  • Color logo on a Sandstone Ivory or white background.

  • Reversed (white) logo on dark photography.

  • Single-color black or single-color metallic gold (#C9A961) where reproduction requires.

Clear Space

Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the icon. No text, graphics, or page edges should encroach within that clear space.

Minimum Size

  • Print: 1.5 inches wide.

  • Digital: 150 pixels wide.

Prohibited Logo Treatments

  • Recoloring outside the approved palette.

  • Rotation, skewing, or stretching.

  • Drop shadows, glows, embossing, or other effects.

  • Adding taglines, text, or marks adjacent to the logo within the clear space.

  • Placing the logo on busy or low-contrast imagery where legibility is reduced.

7. Color Palette

Where you reproduce Boco Tora brand color, use the approved values:

  • Boco Tora Gold: #C9A961

  • Deep Obsidian: #0F0F0F

  • Sandstone Ivory: #F4F1EA

  • Heritage Bronze: #8A6B3F

Do not introduce neon tones, high-gloss yellow gold, or chrome treatments when adapting Boco Tora visuals for your layout.

8. Typography

When quoting Boco Tora headline text, you are not required to use Boco Tora display typefaces. Use your publication's house typography. Do not synthesize a typeface intended to imitate the Boco Tora wordmark.

9. Photography, Renderings, and Video

  • Use only supplied imagery downloaded from the portal. Do not source Boco Tora imagery from social media, third-party sites, or AI generators.

  • Renderings supplied through the portal depict design intent. Label renderings as renderings in the caption.

  • Pre-construction site photography reflects the site as of the capture date. Do not present pre-construction imagery as final.

  • Do not crop, color-grade, or alter supplied imagery beyond resizing and standard sharpening required for your output format.

  • Do not remove watermarks, metadata, or attribution information.

  • Video assets supplied through the portal may be embedded in editorial content. Re-uploading to YouTube, Vimeo, or any other channel as your own content is prohibited.

10. Voice and Language Guidance

The Boco Tora brand voice is measured, intelligent, and assured. When paraphrasing project descriptions, use the supplied approved language and avoid the language listed as Avoid:

Approved Reference Language

  • Sanctuary

  • Stewardship

  • Founding Equity Partners

  • Reserve

  • Private Domain

Avoid in Reference to Boco Tora

  • Units, lots, buyers, deals (use Reserve, residence, member, transaction).

  • Common luxury hyperbole and cliches.

  • Speculative or investment-return language outside formal investor briefings.

11. Tagline Use

The Boco Tora tagline is Where Anticipation Replaces Request. Reproduce it exactly, including the trailing period. Do not modify, abbreviate, or pair with other taglines. The tagline is supplied for editorial use only and is not licensed for merchandising, advertising, or third-party promotion.

12. Geographic Accuracy

Boco Tora consists of three distinct properties. Editorial accuracy matters and AGH will request corrections if the following are misstated.

  • Main Property (Stann Creek District): 562 acres, inland and landlocked, fronting Cornhouse Creek and Ben Lemond. Highlands and jungle canopy. Do not describe as ocean-front or sea-view.

  • Vista Del Mar (Ladyville, near Belize City airport): fronts the inlet where the Belize River meets the Caribbean. Waterway views, not open ocean.

  • North Long Caye: private island inside the Belize Barrier Reef. Boat access only. The only true ocean property in the masterplan.

13. Embargo and Pre-Release Content

Some materials in the portal are released under embargo. Embargoed assets carry a visible embargo date and time. Publishing, sharing, or quoting embargoed content before the stated release lifts is a material breach of these terms and terminates your portal access immediately.

14. Attribution and Photo Credit

Use the following credit format with supplied imagery:

  • Photo courtesy of Boco Tora.

  • Rendering courtesy of Boco Tora.

Where a photographer or design firm is named in the file metadata, include that credit line in addition.

15. Sub-Brands and Future Marks

Boco Tora sub-brands (including Boco Tora Reserve, Boco Tora Golf Club, Boco Tora Island, Boco Tora Marina, Boco Tora Aviation, and Boco Tora Foundation) are AGH marks and follow the same use rules. Some sub-brands are in development. Do not announce sub-brands ahead of an AGH announcement.

16. Pre-Publication Review

AGH does not require pre-publication review of independent editorial content. AGH does request a courtesy pre-publication review when an article quotes financial figures, deal structure, investor names, or any statement attributed by name to an AGH executive. Send drafts to media@bocotora.com at least 48 hours before publication.

17. Corrections

If AGH identifies a material factual error after publication, AGH will request a correction through your publication's standard process. Honoring legitimate correction requests is a condition of continued access.

18. Confidentiality

Materials marked Confidential or Background Only inside the portal are for editorial context and are not for publication. Treat them as on background unless you have written confirmation from AGH that the material is on the record.

19. Term, Suspension, and Termination

Portal access is granted for a fixed term shown in your welcome email and on your account page. AGH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause, by sending notice to your registered email address. Termination ends the license granted in Section 1. You agree to remove any unpublished supplied imagery and unpublished boilerplate from your active files. Already-published editorial content does not need to be taken down at termination unless the publication itself breached these terms.

20. Reservation of Rights

All right, title, and interest in the Boco Tora name, logo, wordmarks, sub-brands, photography, renderings, video, copy, and any other portal asset remain with AGH or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited editorial license described in these terms.

21. Updates to These Terms

AGH may update these terms at any time. The current version is posted at bocotora.com/brand-use-terms. Continued use of portal assets after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

22. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
